What the form collects

When you submit the quote form we receive the fields you completed: your name, email address, phone number and ZIP or postal code, and optionally your company, city, state, message, quantity, product type, service and grade. We also record the page the form was submitted from.

How it is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which stores it and passes it to partner suppliers in our network. A partner supplier uses it to contact you and prepare a quote. Once a partner supplier has your details, its own privacy practices apply to its dealings with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. Asking for a quote does not add you to a marketing list.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics, loaded through this site's own domain, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets no advertising cookies, and it runs no advertising pixels or retargeting tags. No form on this site depends on analytics, so a browser or blocker that stops the script does not stop the form.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as they are useful for preparing and following up on quotes, and for no longer than twenty-four months. Analytics events are kept under PostHog's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Send the request through the contact form and say what you would like done. Use the same details you submitted, so the request can be matched.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. The form is sent to the lead platform from the server, and no API credentials are exposed to your browser.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
