What happens next
You fill this in, and within one business day a named person at the Evendale yard replies from info@palletsrecycle.com with unit price, freight broken out separately, piece count per trailer and — for recycled stock — photographs of the actual lot being reserved. Reserved lots are held for five business days. There is no call, because there is no phone line; there is a written quote you can forward, file and hold us to.

Six things that make a quote worse than it needed to be
- No postal code. Freight is the largest variable in this business and it is entirely geographic. A quote without one is not a quote.
- A grade requested by letter rather than by application. Tell us what the pallet does and we will tell you what grade does it.
- Not mentioning that empties accumulate at the same site. This is the single largest cost reduction available and it requires one sentence.
- A volume estimate that was a guess. Piles are almost always undercounted, and a wrong number means a wrong trailer.
- Split drops requested by default. Half a load costs the same freight as a full one, so cost per pallet nearly doubles.
- Export mentioned late. Heat treatment adds five to seven days for kiln scheduling, and finding out at the end compresses everything else.
