Privacy policy

In short

We collect only what you type into a form on this site, we use it only to answer you and to fulfil the work you ask for, and we do not sell it or share it with advertisers. We set no advertising or analytics cookies. If you want your details deleted, email info@palletsrecycle.com and it will be done within thirty days.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we receive the fields you completed: your name, email address, telephone number, postal code, and optionally your company, city, state, message, quantity, product type, service, and grade. We also record the page address the form was submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked.

Our servers keep standard technical logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page and user agent — for security and diagnostic purposes. These are retained for a short period and are not linked to form submissions.

What we do with it

  • Answer your enquiry and prepare a written quote.
  • Fulfil and invoice any work you subsequently order.
  • Schedule collections and deliveries against your address.
  • Keep a record of what was agreed, because everything here happens in writing.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Who processes it

Form submissions are transmitted server-side to our lead management provider, which stores them on our behalf under contract. Our email is hosted by a mainstream business email provider. Our website is served from a global content delivery network. Each of these processors is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.

We use PostHog for product analytics, loaded through our own reverse proxy at z.repackify.com so your browser never talks to a third-party advertising domain. It records pageviews, clicks, scroll depth, referrer, and coarse device and browser information, plus one custom event when a form is successfully submitted. It is used to understand which pages help people and which do not.

We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags, social media trackers or data-broker scripts of any kind. Analytics data is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and is not joined to your form submission to build a marketing profile. PostHog is configured to create identified person profiles only where a person is explicitly identified, which on this site does not happen.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies. Our analytics uses a first-party cookie on our own proxy domain to recognise a returning browser so repeat visits are not counted as new people. Any other storage is strictly functional and limited to remembering interface state within your visit.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, or you use a content blocker, the analytics script simply does not load and everything else on this site continues to work — including every form, because no form depends on it.

How long we keep it

Analytics events are retained by PostHog under their standard retention. Enquiries that do not become orders are retained for twenty-four months, which is roughly how long a pallet procurement cycle runs. Records relating to completed transactions are kept for seven years to meet ordinary accounting and tax obligations. Technical logs are retained for thirty days.

Your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@palletsrecycle.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are a resident of a state or country granting additional statutory rights, we will honour those rights on request regardless of whether we are strictly obliged to.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights — your pricing, service and scheduling do not change because you asked a privacy question.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Form data is transmitted to our lead system server-side; no API credentials are ever exposed to your browser. Access to submitted data inside our organisation is limited to staff who need it to answer you or fulfil your order.

Children

This is a business-to-business industrial supply site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. We do not maintain a mailing list for policy changes because we do not maintain a marketing mailing list at all.
